Guest Artists: The Ladies
We are happy and proud to announce the Guest Artists of the EBC 2025 – The Ladies!
The Ladies are an energetic and passionate group of women dedicated to creating music with authenticity and joy. Their journey began in 2016, when they formed to compete in the Rising Star Competition in New Zealand. That year, they were crowned the 2016 International Rising Star Champions, and since then, they’ve become known for their captivating performances worldwide. The Ladies have taught at a cappella and barbershop camps across the world and entertained audiences from all over the globe. In 2024, they placed 4th at the Barbershop Harmony Society International Quartet Competition. In 2022, they placed 6th at the same event and later won the Sweet Adelines International Quartet Competition, earning the title of 2023 Queens of Harmony. With 53 years of combined barbershop experience, The Ladies are not only accomplished performers but also passionate music educators, spreading the love of harmony to musicians of all ages. They look forward to continuing to inspire and share their love for music in the years ahead! And in 2025, they’re joining the EBC 2025 convention. Could this be more exciting!
Olle Nyman Memorial Show
The Olle Nyman Memorial show is a special 90-minute show that celebrate barbershop music with a diverse and entertaining lineup, featuring special guest artists and the announcement of the prestigious Olle Nyman Memorial Awards. As part of the European Barbershop Championships, we invite all choruses and quartets to apply to be part of the entertainment at the Olle Nyman Memorial Show, taking place on May 2, 2025 at the Helsingborg Arena. This will not be in a contest format, so all kind of music is all allowed, however the audience will help to crown the most entertaining performance of the show.

FREE ENTRANCE, no ticket needed. Please consider donating to the fund for helping promote barbershop in the Nordic countries!
How to Apply
All groups interested in a spot on the show should submit an application including:
- The song(s) you wish to perform
- The duration of each song
Optional: If you have a broad repertoire and are open to performing different songs, please include a list of additional options. The program committee reserves the right to select specific songs to ensure a varied and engaging show.
Selection Process
The Olle Nyman Memorial Show Program Committee will review all applications and select the final lineup. Groups will be notified at least one month before the event if they have been chosen to perform.

Show of Champions
The following competing groups will be invited to perform:
- All EBC Quartet and Chorus gold medallists (Women’s/Mixed/Men’s)
- All SNOBS Quartet and Chorus gold medallists (Women’s/Mixed/Men’s) – if not also EBC gold medallist
The show will also feature guest artists!
