Breakfast, dinner, bedding and towels are included in your stay. 

Check-in Friday: from 3.00pm 

The first person to arrive to your room will be handed all of the keys.

Check-out Sunday: latest 11.00am

Breakfast: Is served 07:30-08:00.

Dinner: For residents, is served 20.00-20.45 on Friday and Saturday.

Friday: Creamy pasta with salmon and vegetables

Pasta, oil, salt, Vegeta, milk, cream, cornstarch, vegetables, hollandaise powder, salmon

Saturday: Chicken dish with vegetables and rice

Oil, paprika, curry, vegetables, cream, coconut oil, tomato puree, milk, cornstarch, chicken stock, chicken

There is no bar and consuming alcohol on the premises is prohibited.

Badges

Picked up at Musikhuset on Friday morning. You will need your badge to move around the venue.

Quartet coachings

Registrated quartets should have recieved a coaching schedule. If you haven’t recieved it, reach out to Emma Ländström.

All coachings take place at Musikhuset.

Musikhuset Aarhus

We will host the majority of our classes at Musikhuset. Located in the city centre, Musikhuset is Aarhus’ main venue for music and with seating for more than 3,600 people in total, it is the largest concert venue in Scandinavia.

Traveling to Aarhus

Getting to Denmark and the Aarhus Region is easy. Aarhu, Denmark is situated on a peninsula in Northern Europe, which means you can go by car or train from any of the north European countries. With frequent train connections, good motorways, ferry lines to Scandinavia and with several airports, the region is easily accessible.
