Arena and Stage

The convention site is Helsingborg Arena at Mellersta Stenbocksgatan 14,  a large top-modern arena with restaurant and plenty of space for lunches, dinners and parties. Most convention activities, such as afterglows and joint dinners, will take place in the arena. Take a virtual tour here!

It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks into the arena.

Sweden is very much turning into a cash free country. Card payment is accepted everywhere and is the preferred method of payment. No cash payment is accepted at the arena.

Personal items and Cloakrooms

Unattended cloakrooms will be available, but since space is limited, we strongly advise you to bring as little as possible to the Arena.

Thers is no bag ban (väskförbud) for this event.

Banned Items

Due to severe allergies, the following items are completely banned at the Arena: nuts, kiwis, citrus fruits, perfumes, nail-polish and hairspray. There will be no areas where nail-polish or hairspray is allowed. We refer competitors to use the outdoor stairs in front of the Arena when applying hairspray and nail polish.

Stage and Risers

  • Riser configuration: 13 risers with reversed middle section
  • Stage measurements: 9,76 x 21,96 meters
  • The stage is entered from stage right and exited stage left
  • Distance from riser center to edge of stage is 6,9 meters

Rehearsal space

Information about booking rehearsal time on risers has been emailed to all choruses. The rehearsal space is in the nearby “Idrottens hus” on Thursday and Friday. Contact henke.rosenberg@gmail.com for more information.

Information Desk

The Information Desk is located in the lobby at Helsingborg Arena It will be open from Thursday morning, detailed opening hours TBA.

Please pick up all badges for your enrire chorus/quartet at the same time! Lanyards will be included.
